ALL STUDENTS (FRESHMAN, SOPHOMORES, JUNIORS and SENIORS) ENROLLED IN FINE ARTS OR NILES NORTH EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.
